01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and pk85 ("Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), operating under the domain https://pk85.cam. By accessing, browsing or using this Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, pk85 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for the following permitted purposes:

06 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you shall not, at any time, engage in any of the following while accessing or using the Platform:

6.1 Technical Misuse

• Introduce or transmit any virus, malware, spyware, ransomware, trojan or other harmful code.

6.2 Content Misuse

• Remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark or proprietary notice appearing on the Platform.
• Use Platform content for any commercial purpose, including advertising, sponsorship or endorsement activities, without express authorisation.

6.3 Legal Violations

• Use the Platform in any manner that violates applicable laws, including but not limited to anti-money-laundering regulations, data protection legislation or gambling-specific statutes.
• Access or use the Platform from any Prohibited Jurisdiction where such access is unlawful.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

07 User Accounts

Where pk85 offers user account registration functionality, each User may hold only one Registered Account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended or merged at pk85's sole discretion. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must promptly notify pk85 of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. pk85 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Account information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and kept up to date. pk85 reserves the right to close or suspend any account found to contain false or misleading information.

08 Payments & Transactions

pk85 does not process payments, accept deposits or facilitate financial transactions of any kind. All payment activity, including deposits and withdrawals in PKR or any other currency, occurs exclusively between the User and the relevant third-party Operator via that Operator's own cashier systems.

References to payment methods on the pk85 Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided solely as educational context to help Pakistani users understand commonly referenced payment channels. These references do not constitute endorsements by those payment providers, nor do they imply that those providers support, facilitate or endorse gambling transactions. 9.1 Wagering Requirements

11 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

11.1 "As Is" Basis

11.3 Third-Party Operators

pk85 accepts no liability whatsoever for the conduct, availability, security, fairness, financial standing or regulatory compliance of any third-party Operator referenced on the Platform. Any dispute arising from a User's interaction with a third-party Operator must be resolved directly with that Operator under that Operator's terms and conditions and through that Operator's applicable dispute-resolution mechanisms.

11.4 Maximum Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk85's aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms, the Platform or any content thereon shall not exceed the amount of PKR 0 (zero Pakistani Rupees) — reflecting the fact that the Platform is a free informational service and no financial transactions occur through it.

12 Responsible Gambling

pk85 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices as a core editorial principle. The Platform consistently advocates for users to set deposit limits, loss limits and session-time limits; to take regular breaks from gambling activity; and to seek help if gambling begins to have a negative impact on their finances, relationships or mental well-being.

15 Termination

pk85 may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Platform in the event of:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Conduct that pk85 reasonably believes may expose the Platform, its users or third parties to legal liability, reputational harm or financial risk.
• A requirement to do so under applicable law or a court order.
• Cessation of Platform operations, whether in whole or in part.

Upon termination of your access, your licence to use the Platform automatically revokes. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability and Governing Law — shall continue in full force and effect.

16 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pk85 is incorporated and operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in the User's jurisdiction provide otherwise.

Nothing in this clause shall limit any mandatory rights that may be available to you as a consumer under the laws of your own country or jurisdiction.
